The data for this place was re-checked on 11 Sep 2026. The name, the house number 180 đường Một Tháng Tư and the phone number 0986 590 318 match on the owner's official fanpage 'Quân cát bà family', on the Google Maps profile 'Quân Cát Bà' and on the signboard in storefront photos taken from 2023 to 2026. The Google profile's Plus code P2GW+7R is off the stored coordinates by about 3 m. The number 195 đường 1/4, which the blog catbaduky (15 Mar 2025) and goviettrip still give as the restaurant's old address: a fanpage post from around 2020 gives this number, while the post of 23 Feb 2023 already gives 180. The administrative unit follows the Cát Hải Special Zone portal (28 Jul 2025): under Resolution 1669/NQ-UBTVQH15, the whole of the former Cát Hải district, including Cát Bà town, became Cát Hải Special Zone. The menu and prices come from the restaurant's own 'Menu 2025' post of 26 May 2025, read directly from the menu photos (5 of 14 pages); the per-kg prices of live seafood could not be read. Opening hours come from the Google Maps hours table, TripAdvisor (profile managed by the owner), VinWonders (18 Jul 2025) and Sunworld (9 Jun 2024), cross-checked against Google's popular-times chart (11 Sep 2026). No official source gives a schedule by weekday. Evidence that the restaurant is still operating includes Google's live busyness data and guest-posted photos from Aug 2026, the latest fanpage post on 31 Jul 2025 and a TripAdvisor review on 21 Sep 2025. The price level self-reported by guests comes from Google (405 reviews, read on 11 Sep 2026). Information rejected: the price ranges on blogs (Sunworld 120,000–140,000 VND per dish in 2024, catbaduky, goviettrip), because the owner's 2025 menu has superseded them; the number of floors and the capacity in the Sunworld article, because the article contradicts itself; the line 'cash only' and the list of amenities (buffet, wifi) on TripAdvisor, because there is only one source and no date; the list of dishes read from the set-menu photo on Wanderlog, because the photo shows no restaurant name and no date. Photos were posted by guests and the owner on Google Maps, the poster's name is given, and there is no open licence yet.
