The space can seat a group of 10–20 people together. A seafood restaurant of about 500 m² on Một Tháng Tư street, in use since May 2023 at the latest. It has an air-conditioned indoor room and a covered outdoor area beside a row of seafood tanks. In the evening the restaurant switches on decorative lights, and four independent guests on Google Maps found it nicer to sit there at night than by day. A Cát Bà tour site describes the atmosphere as 'quite like a seafood beer garden near the sea'.
