• Suits small groups of 1–3 people or visitors strolling the Old Quarter who drop in for a rest. Seating is tight, and talking easily disturbs the next table.

• According to the official page, the café is open 07:00–18:00 from Monday to Thursday and 07:00–22:00 from Friday to Sunday. Hours on Google Maps are different. A few reviews say the café has closed earlier than the listed hours, so if you want to drop in in the evening, call ahead. The air-conditioning is rather cold if you sit for long.

Atmosphere

• A small café: indoors it seats about 15–20 people, mainly at 4 tables and a bar counter with high stools. Outside on the porch there are about 5 seats facing Đường Thành street. Many guests find the café quieter than the surrounding Old Quarter, with soft music and yellow lights. Others find it crowded, with seats close together, so not quiet enough to work.

• Guests come for specialty coffee and unusual fruit cold brews; one guest called the Ô Mai Cold Brew Soul's signature drink. The brand's Soul Fine Robusta beans placed Top 1 and Top 3 in the Robusta category at the Vietnam Coffee Producer Competition 2026.

• The Hà Nội menu of 9 Oct 2026 has hand-brewed coffee from the brand's Fine Robusta beans, fruit cold brews such as Ô Mai, Vải hoa hồng and Xoài muối ớt, as well as lattes and tea. Espresso drinks can be switched to oat milk. The café also sells cinnamon roll cakes, cookies and packaged coffee beans.
