Source
The name, address, pin coordinates, phone number and opening hours come from the restaurant's Google Maps profile, read on 2 Oct 2026. The address and phone number match the Facebook fanpage ‘Phát Ký 116 Trung Hoà’, checked the same day. The opening hours have a single source, Google Maps. An article by Xanh SM (23 Dec 2024) gives the same hours but its photo captions are taken from Google Maps, so it is not counted as an independent source. The list of dishes and prices was read from the menu album the fanpage posted on 9 Feb 2026. Four dishes whose digits are covered by a decorative pattern (shiitake mushroom steamed buns, stir-fried amaranth with three kinds of eggs, Singapore-style stir-fried shrimp hủ tiếu, snakehead fish noodles) have no price recorded. The older price list in photos on Google Maps was not used. The price tier and the 100,000–200,000 VND per person come from the ‘Price per person’ field on Google Maps reviews, matching the 2026 menu. The 65,000–85,000 VND per person in the Xanh SM article of Dec 2024 is outdated and was not used. That the restaurant is Branch 2 of Phát Ký Mỳ Gia has two official sources: the pinned post on the fanpage of the 42C Lý Thường Kiệt branch and the Tết 2025 closure notice on the 116 Trung Hoà fanpage. Information on atmosphere, crowd rhythm, table booking and parking fees is customers' accounts on Google Maps (2023–2026), each point backed by at least two independent writers. Points not used: drink prices (only one person mentions them), card payment (a Maps attribute that cannot be re-checked), the founding years 1972/1998 (belonging to the brand or another branch, and contradicting each other), the size of the space (accounts contradict one another).
