The house number was independently re-confirmed on beFood ('106 A11 Phố Nghĩa Tân, Khu tập thể Nghĩa Tân'), and the administrative unit Nghĩa Đô ward was confirmed with open map data from OpenStreetMap via Nominatim — the address here no longer carries the district level, which was abolished from 1 Jul 2025.
