A two-storey Japanese curry rice shop opened in April 2025 at 11 Phan Kế Bính: the ground floor is a row of wooden counter seats looking straight into an open kitchen hung with a FUKUJIN noren, the upper floor has tables for two and for groups; the front has a wooden sign, a tiled roof, and a lit カレー noren in the evening. Only one line of dishes: curry rice and curry udon. A curry rice set ranges from 130,000 VND (original) to 220,000 VND (braised beef short rib, jumbo breaded tiger prawn), curry udon is 140,000 VND, and there is a vegetable set for vegetarians at 150,000 VND; prices exclude tax. When ordering you choose a rice portion of 150–500 g (from 300 g there is a surcharge of 15,000–45,000 VND) and one of 4 spice levels; sets come with salad. The restaurant says it uses imported Japanese rice cooked in an IH induction pot and a curry sauce made from onions sautéed with pork, with no honey or fruit used for sweetness.
